Director & Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Sol is the Practice Director and Clinical Psychologist overseeing the treatment process at Meaningful Change. In his own practice, Dr. Sol enjoys treating the breadth of psychological disorders, though his specialty work is in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its cooccurring disorders. He is a seasoned clinician whose career is devoted to the alleviation of psychological suffering through the scientist-practitioner model.
Physician Assistant in Psychiatry
Erin Sol, PA-C, CAQ-Psych is the psychiatric medication prescriber at Meaningful Change: Clinical & Consultation Psychology. Consistent with our practice philosophy, she takes a "minimum necessary prescriptions" approach when utilizing psychotropic medication. Dedicated to a comprehensive approach to medication management, patients can expect a treatment plan that integrates close monitoring of psychiatric medication, goals for behavior change, and general wellness strategies for an improved quality of life.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Julie Wellman, M.A, LPC has been a practicing professional counselor for ten years, and has expertise in helping clients with grief and loss, relationship difficulties, identity development, and reorientation during major life adjustments. While utilizing empirically based therapies, Julie brings a supportive counseling approach to the treatment team and remains a strong advocate for a strength-based approach to patient care.
Ariel Tausk, LMSW-C
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Ariel Tausk, LMSW-C, has been practicing as a clinical social worker for seven years. She has experience working with patients of all ages and particularly enjoys helping children and adolescents with mental health difficulties. While utilizing a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, Ariel helps alleviate mental health disorders by using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other empirically established treatment modalities.
